QFN TAPE

   

   The tape is used for preventing EMC mold flash of QFN LF .
 
   characteristic:
       1.  The tape as QFN high temp tape can endue high temp 220-230degree for pre-tape.
         2.  No flash of mold resin and bleed out.
         3.  No residue on the leadframe and the EMC surface.
         4.  Easy to peel tapes without adhesive residue.
